Key Output

  • Perform related administrative tasks and process steps including record keeping, filing, and data capturing.
  • Open work orders and order parts, close work order on job completion.
  • Effectively manage work in progress.
  • Accurately capture labour hours worked by the service employees.
  • Process parts orders for service department.
  • Generate purchase orders for internal and external suppliers.
  • Accurately invoice customers for work completed.
  • Effective self-management and performance ownership.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Grade 12
  • Administrative experience – minimum 1 year
  • CRM or SAP knowledge will be added as advantage
  • An understanding of relevant processes & KPI’s will be an advantage
  • A technical background will be an advantage
  • Computer literate – MS Office
  • Code 10 license
