Job Specification

  • Design and implement Preferred Customer Strategy
  • Design and implement a Customer Loyalty Program
  • Deliver key initiatives to drive Preferred Customer segment growth; define KPIs into Customer journey and deliver accordingly:

– Increase Preferred Customers trial, loyalty and increase basket size

– Loyalty program implementation

  • Focus on the right ‘commercial package’ for the Preferred Customers, including value proposition definition across the different segments (attached and unattached)
  • Support Preferred Customers and Customers experience at 360 degrees :

– From service to plan implementation

– Work multifunctionally to get feedback and support to implement preferred customers plans (from sales and marketing teams)

  • Look for B2C alternative opportunities

Qalifications and Experience

  • Matric
  • Relevant Degree (majoring in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Sales or/and Marketing
  • 8 – 10 years experience managing direct to consumer programs including CRM, Loyalty Customer Programs, customer promotions and any other relevant experience driving customer lifetime value on both digital and traditional areas
  • Experience in digital areas and agility to connect commercial needs and technical solutions a MUST
  • Experience in building co-marketing e partnership plans highly advantageous
  • Multifunctional experience within Marketing and sales to ensure plan integration
