Your Tasks

  • Responsible for status Appointment, Pending Wait Onsite, In Progress Onsite
  • Outbound calls to schedule appointment for every ticket
  • Customer details validation during every customer contact
  • Create efficient and effective routing
  • Parts ETA and delivery address check
  • Dispatch tickets according to priority matrix (according to SLA/VIP Customers/Age)
  • Dispatch tickets according to same technician policy and necessary skill level
  • Monitor the ticket progress for your technicians during the day and take action if potential risk of
    rescheduling appears
  • Ensure that every ticket is processed and dispatch queue is empty EOB for your region
  • Report capacity (over- and under-capacity) issues for your region every day to your TL
  • Process all emails of your regional mailbox by EOB daily
  • Ensure appropriate reason is selected for LSDT updates and appointment reschedules
  • Log in 3CX according to shift plan and respond inbound calls
  • Follow KCI Process according to SLA
  • Talk regularly to your technicians about challenges, updates and recommendations

Our Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • IT Certification – advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre
  • environment – preferably in a IT company (non-negotiable)
  • MS Office knowledge (Specifically Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong Data validation, analysis, and reporting skills
    Excellent Telephone Etiquette
  • Must be fluent and articulate with English (excellent verbal and writing skills)
  • Ability to Multi task and handle pressure
  • Ability to Collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Maintaining positive relations with our customers
  • Be proactive and willing to take on new tasks
