We’re hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant. Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and business practices, policies, programs, and product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include conference, meeting, and event coordination; travel arrangements; coordination of marketing collaterals; administration of corporate sponsorships and documentation; liaison with accounts payable and procurement, calendaring; and document preparation and management. Maintains confidentiality.

Qualifications


To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • To be fully bilingual in English and another S.Africa language
  • To be computer literate, especially Excel
  • A valid South African driver’s license
  • A Grade 12 pass
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in marketing and sales or Agriculture related business would be an advantage
