What We’ll Bring:

The Recruiting Analyst Senior will focus on sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates for positions and provide guidance and support to the client during the hiring process. This position will match the skills and goals of applicants to the clients’ job requirements, completing all required data entry paperwork and maintaining client service satisfaction through anticipation and timely resolution of concerns. This position will also be responsible for developing potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies. Must maintain applicant tracking system by updating sourcing and hiring information.What You’ll Bring:

  • An HR qualification with 3-5 years of direct recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience. Must have the ability to generate a high-volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines and implement targeted sourcing initiatives with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize many different assignments effectively.
  • Excellent time management and judgment skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing to include business correspondence and Internet (email) communications

Impact You’ll Make:

  • Creatively source for open positions and pipelining efforts. This includes sourcing passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and conducts candidate screenings and qualification interviews
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, experience and basic qualifications and forward viable candidates to recruiters
  • Interview, assess and present quality candidates to hiring managers.
  • Provide resume, overview, and relates to candidate expectations, etc in order to present and match the best candidate with/to an open position/hiring manager. Debrief hiring managers to calibrate candidates and refine sourcing plan if necessary
  • Maintain applicant tracking system by entering and updating sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, tracking, and hiring information.
  • Understands the candidate management processes and approach along with the importance of metrics.
  • Ensure candidate completes hiring process including all background checks. Understand the business requirements and needs.
